CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Confinement Lady Package & Service
- For every booking made (deposit or full payment), customers agree to these terms.
- Customers may request for cancellation and refund by submitting a Cancellation Request Form (scroll to the end of this page).
- A Refund will be initiated to the customer’s credit card (or original method of payment) within 5 working days.
- Credit will be received within a certain amount of days, depending on bank or card issuer’s policies.
- Customers may convert refunds to the equivalent amount of Baby Coins.
THE NON-REFUNDABLE FEES
Condition A: Cancellation made 90 days before estimated delivery date (EDD)
1. Bank charges of the total amount paid, (3.20% for credit card user; 4.50% - for customers using Maybank Ezypay Installment plan; RM1.00 for online banking)
2. RM 500 deposit, and;
3. RM 200 Express Order Administration Fees (if applicable)

Condition A: Total Refundable Amount
Total payment made – bank charges – RM 500 deposit – RM 200 Express Order Administration Fees (if applicable)
Condition B: Cancellation made within 1-89 days before estimate delivery date (EDD)
1. Bank charges of the total amount paid, (3.20% for credit card user; 4.50% - for customers using Maybank Ezypay Installment plan; RM1.00 for online banking)
2. RM 1,000 deposit, and;
3. RM 200 Express Order Administration Fees (if applicable)

Condition B: Total Refundable Amount
Total payment made - bank charges - RM 1,000 deposit - RM 200 Express Order Administration Fees (if applicable)
Condition C: Cancellation made after confinement period starts
1. Bank charges of total amount paid, (3.20% for credit card user; 4.50% - for customers using Maybank Ezypay Installment plan; RM1.00 for online banking)
2. RM 200 Express Order Administration Fees (if applicable), and one of the following:
a) Salary of the confinement lady, (calculated based on total working days), or;
b) RM 1,000 deposit
*Either 2.a) or 2.b) is applicable where the larger amount will be incurred.

a) Salary of the confinement lady, (calculated based on total working days), or;

Condition C: Total Refundable Amount
1. IF THE CONFINEMENT LADY'S TOTAL SALARY EXCEEDS RM 1,000:
Total payment made - bank charges - the confinement lady's salary - RM 200 Express Order Administration Fees (if applicable)
2. IF THE CONFINEMENT LADY'S TOTAL SALARY DOES NOT EXCEED RM 1,000:
Total payment made - bank charges - RM 1,000 deposit - RM 200 Express Order Administration Fees (if applicable)
Total payment made - bank charges - the confinement lady's salary - RM 200 Express Order Administration Fees (if applicable)
2. IF THE CONFINEMENT LADY'S TOTAL SALARY DOES NOT EXCEED RM 1,000:
Total payment made - bank charges - RM 1,000 deposit - RM 200 Express Order Administration Fees (if applicable)
IN CASE OF AN UNFORTUNATE EVENT...
- In the occurrence of any unfortunate event that leads to booking cancellation, such as a miscarriage, customers may request for:
- A full refund by providing supporting documents, OR;
- An arrangement of suitable confinement service.
